Create prelim workflows for site
Prelim workflows are multi-user workflows that flexibly allow for multiple users with different roles to work on the same report. Common workflows include: residents, assistants, and transcriptionists.

Create prelim workflows
Prelim workflows are created by site admins. To create a prelim workflow:
Step 1 - Create a new prelim group
Site admins can manage prelim groups in the "Site Prelim" tab for a given site. All group names must be unique.
Step 2 - Create prelim tags for each prelim group
Define tags for each prelim group, allowing users to select a tag before changing a report from draft to prelim status.
Step 3 - Add prelim reviewers and prelim users
Prelim reviewers
Prelim reviewers manage who reviews prelim reports from any prelim group. Prelim reviewers can operate in two modes:
- Default - All site users not in any prelim group automatically become prelim reviewers.
- Custom - Prelim reviewers must be manually assigned by site admins. Users assigned as prelim users cannot be selected.
Prelim users
Prelim users can prelim reports (change reports from draft to prelim status) using a prelim tag. Each user can only belong to one prelim group and cannot simultaneously serve as a prelim reviewer.
